Very special 30-minUTe public VOL Navy Cruises are offered on Fridays & Saturdays before University of Tennessee Volunteers home football games. Like our Harbor cruises, these cruises are operated in the downtown area, but mainly in the immediate vicinity of the assembled armada of the famed VOL Navy.   A minimum of 2 passengers is required up to a maximum of 6. Boarding passes are issued on a first reserved – first boarded basis. Depending on the number of seats reserved, passengers may include a mixture of enthusiastic fans supporting both teams.

Friday VOL Navy Cruises begin at 3 pm. The final Friday VOL Navy Cruise departs at 9 pm. Saturday VOL Navy Cruises take place throughout the morning and afternoon prior to kickoff.  The final Saturday public VOL Navy Cruise always departs 4 hours prior to kickoff.   Because of limited seating and the limited number of cruises offered each football weekend, securing your reservation several weeks or months in advance is highly recommended. If you would like to inquire about a reservation several weeks or months in advance, you may wish to use our Availability Inquiry Form at this web site.

IMPORTANT:  VOL Navy Cruises take place rain or shine.  Unless the Captain cancels a cruise due to dangerous lightening or any other reason, NO REFUNDS for canceled reservations may be issued.  Passengers are encouraged to arrive at the boarding site at least 15 minutes prior to departure.  When possible, cruises may begin earlier than scheduled if desired.  Failure to be at the boarding site at the time of scheduled departure could result in cancellation of the cruise with NO REFUND.  If you are going to be late, you must call 865-312-9000 before the scheduled departure to hold the cruise.  The vessel is only permitted to remain at the boarding location 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time.  If a cruise is held for late boarding, the length of the cruise will be shortened accordingly to accommodate other secured reservations.
